Systemic Coaching

During the 30 min consultation session we’ll get to know each other, I’ll introduce my approach and give you space to ask all your questions. We’ll also briefly talk about what brings you to me. Afterwards you decide if you’d like to continue.

This session serves to give me a detailed overview of your situation and to get to know each other. It will also help you to understand my approach and decide if it resonates with you. In the following coaching hours we would then turn to problem solving.

Step 1: You book a free 30 min session with me, choose an available slot and briefly describe what brings you to me.
Step 2: During your 30 min session, we discuss your initial situation and an overview of your concerns. we talk about what brought you to me and how I coach.
Step 3: You fill in the shared questionnaires and you book your first coaching call/physical meeting. Here, we work together on your issues. How exactly the coaching then proceeds depends on you and your issue. Which techniques can be used will always be discussed with you beforehand.
A coaching session usually lasts 60-90 minutes. If desired, a coaching unit can also last for a few hours.
How many appointments are necessary varies greatly and depends heavily on you and your topic. Some things can be clarified quickly, others are more extensive and require more time.
Coaching is not therapy and therefore does not replace a visit to the doctor. If you suffer from a mental or physical illness, please consult a doctor.

You will discover solutions and steps that for example help you to solve a certain issue, cope with a challenging situation or solve conflict.

Usually we first clarify the issue and then start looking for a solution using tools and questions. In the end you’ll reflect on what you take away from the session. The format can vary depending on your issue.
